We offer a lifetime warranty on all framework, 5 year warranty on all moving parts and 1 year warranty on cables.

Orders over £2k GBP can be placed with a 25% deposit with the final payment due before shipping. Orders under £2k GBP require payment in full upfront.

We manufacture all of our equipment at our HQ in Frome, UK. We have lots of equipment you can see/feel and we make great coffee!

If you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days from receiving delivery to return your goods to us for a refund. If you have had any customisation to your products, a return for a refund will not be possible.
