We offer a lifetime warranty on all framework, 5 year warranty on all moving parts and 1 year warranty on cables.

Orders over £2k GBP can be placed with a 25% deposit with the final payment due before shipping. Orders under £2k GBP require payment in full upfront.

We manufacture all of our equipment at our HQ in Frome, UK. We have lots of equipment you can see/feel and we make great coffee!

If you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days from receiving delivery to return your goods to us for a refund. If you have had any customisation to your products, a return for a refund will not be possible.

We stock all consumable parts which can be shipped within 48hrs. We advise all our distributors to carry stock of parts as well so no matter where in the world you are you can have parts quickly.
