Struggling to Get Heavy Dumbbells into Position When Chest/Shoulder Pressing?
Avoid using potential lifting energy to get dumbbells into the start position.
We have found the ideal solution to help you lift your maximum weight on a dumbbell bench press without needing to waste energy awkwardly getting dumbbells into the start position for a flat or incline bench press.
The Watson Dumbbell Breaker Stands are perfect for getting you into position and ready for some serious dumbbell presses.
The stands are fully adjustable (Both width and height), which allow you to get set for you no matter your body size.
The breaker mechanism allows the stands to pivot forward so you can pick them up comfortably without injury or damage to your shoulder.
The breaker stands are on a brand to spring back once the weight is taken, so you are free to perform the exercise when you take the weight of the dumbbells from the cradles.
There is plenty of travel with these stands, so you can comfortably take the dumbbells.
Once you have performed the exercise, you will want to return the dumbbells to the floor and then load them back onto the stand for the next set.
Do not try and return the dumbbells to the stands.
The Dumbbell Breaker Stands are incredibly compact.
DIMENSIONS:
Depth 840mm x Width 1200mm
Adjustable Bench sold separately.
When Using Our Dumbbell Spotter Stands, We Recommend The Following:
- Get used to the Feel and Function of the Stands using Light Dumbbells before working up to Heavier Dumbbells.
- Set the Height of the Stands towards the Upper range of the movement rather than the Mid or Lower range of the movement.
- Once the user is positioned on Bench, slowly bring the Dumbbells forward until the align with the preferred Lockout position. Press Dumbbells and Stands will ‘drop away’, giving clear space to exercise.
- At the end of your set, Dumbbells should be returned to the floor.
