Need a spot when training but no one around? Don't let that ruin your workouts!
Using a spotter can give you the confidence you need to lift more weight or do more reps than before, massively developing your training.
The trouble is doing this without a spotter can be dangerous and cause injury. You can also use all your energy to get the weights into the position you want, reducing performance.
The spot grips give you the ability to load with heavier weights (200lbs+ / 90kg+ each) without injuring yourself or using the energy you could be used to perform the exercise.
Very simple to use!
1 - Set up your dumbells for the correct starting height based on your chosen exercise.
2 - No more dropping dumbells on the floor or swinging up off the bench! Simply release at the desired stopping position.
3 - Stop at any point in the movement, and Spot Grips will hold the weight safely and securely, allowing you to bail when you need to!

I’ve trained for 40 years, owning gyms and now have a home gym equipped by Watson, these are absolutely a must if training on your own or even with a partner as you don’t need to struggle to get the weight into position and you can go to complete failure in complete
safety. Had these almost 2 years now and they are brilliant, my shoulder injury is gettting better and strength going up. Use them mostly for shoulder and chest dumbbell work but also with a barbell for flat bench.
