We manufacture all of our equipment at our HQ in Frome, UK.

When placed directly with our sales team, orders over £2,000 GBP can be made with a 25% deposit, with the final payment due before shipping.
Orders under £2,000 GBP require payment in full upfront.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days from receiving delivery to return your goods to us for a refund.
If you have had customisation applied to your products, a return for a refund is not possible.
