If you have limited mobility, the tricep dip can be a crucial movement for day to day independence.
The Watson Total Access Tricep Dip provides an accessible way to generate strength and power from your triceps, giving you the ability to repeatedly lift your bodyweight from a seated position - perfect for movements such as transferring from a wheelchair into a car seat.
Based on our SS Tricep Dip, which is used by trainers in gym across the world to build stronger, more defined upper arms, the Total Access Tricep Dip has been purposefully redesigned to provide an accessible way to perform dips.
The 50mm thick-grip handles, which replicate the thickness of dip bars, have been positioned slightly wider. This adjustment, along with the easy-to-use pivoting seat, which can swing out of the way when required, enables wheelchair users to access the machine to perform this staple tricep exercise, without needing to transfer.
Of course, should you prefer to use the comfortable padded seat, it simply clicks into place, with a height adjustable knee support to securely lock you into place, allowing total focus on the movement itself and not having to brace yourself while the weight picks you up. The knee support can be used independently of the pivoting seat, ensuring that wheelchair users can also easily stabilise whilst performing dips.
As with our single-stack and plate-loaded Tricep Dip machines, the Total Access Tricep Dip is extremely compact, making it easier to fit into any gym.
Whether you’re looking for dedicated accessible home gym equipment, or looking to make your commercial gym more inclusive and cater to a wider range of users, the Watson Total Access Tricep Dip is the answer.
Hand-built to order at our factory in Frome, UK, giving you complete control over every aspect of design including frame finish and colour, upholstery, stitching and branding, and built to outperform the competition with our lifetime frame warranty.
