      Great build quality and fit. These fit tight to the bar and hold chains rock steady, this is way easier than the loading and offloading process with chains on their own. Would definitely recommend and the fact thatcher are matte black is a bonus.

    PALLET DELIVERIES
    For machines and large items or bulk orders

    • All shipments will be sent on a tail-lift truck unless otherwise stated.
    • VAT is charged at point of order.
    • Curbside delivery on a tail-lift truck (unless otherwise stated). Some larger kit may require a forklift; our sales team will advise if this is needed.
    • It will be your responsibility to move the pallet from the curbside into your address. We would recommend having extra people to help move the kit into your premises

     

    PARCEL DELIVERIES
    For bars, accessories and small items

    • Small items are shipped by a courier partner.
    • You will be provided a Tracking Number.
    • It is your responsibility to check the delivery for transit damage and sign to receive the delivery in good condition. In the event a parcel delivery is damaged, please do not sign for the delivery, instead ask the courier to return the item to us.

    We have Distribution Partners in select EU Countries. Find your regional Distributor here.

The shipping agent assigned to your shipment will be in contact with you to arrange a suitable delivery time. If you do not hear from anyone after you have paid customs charges, please do not hesitate to call your agent listed on the bill of lading, or contact us and we can chase it up for you.
