Want a great way to perform negatives? - Even with no spotter!
The Watson Adjustable Eccentric Hooks (or Drop-Off Hooks) can be loaded with any amount of weight and hung on the ends of the bar. When you hit your bottom position in your squat, bench press, shoulder press, etc., the Watson Adjustable Eccentric Hooks will drop away, leaving just the weight on the bar.
Rather than having spotters remove weight from the bar (which takes, at best, a few seconds), the Watson Adjustable Eccentric Hooks drop the additional weight instantly, allowing you to drive the reduced weight back up.
This allows you to train really heavy negatives even without spotters!

      These Adjustable Eccentric Hooks are heavy duty, solid pieces of equipment. They are light years ahead of the cheap pair I previously had. It takes about 2 workouts to get a “feel” for them and figure out the proper spacing for set up. Without a doubt a solid investment!

    For machines and large items or bulk orders

    • All shipments will be sent on a tail-lift truck unless otherwise stated.
    • VAT is charged at point of order.
    • Curbside delivery on a tail-lift truck (unless otherwise stated). Some larger kit may require a forklift; our sales team will advise if this is needed.
    • It will be your responsibility to move the pallet from the curbside into your address. We would recommend having extra people to help move the kit into your premises

    For bars, accessories and small items

    • Small items are shipped by a courier partner.
    • You will be provided a Tracking Number.
    • It is your responsibility to check the delivery for transit damage and sign to receive the delivery in good condition. In the event a parcel delivery is damaged, please do not sign for the delivery, instead ask the courier to return the item to us.
