The 'secret' to bigger arms!!
The fact is, if you're not applying tension to your biceps and triceps throughout the full range of movement, then you're missing out on arm size.
A regular curl, whether using dumbbells or a barbell, will apply varying loads to your biceps throughout the movement - minimal to start with, increasing to maximum load about halfway, then reducing off to minimal load again at the top of the movement.
Changing your body position or using a bench can help to change this but the B.D. Lever Curl Dumbbells are a far more efficient and effective way to change the strength curve quickly and easily.

Supplied as a pair, these lever dumbbells are fully adjustable, allowing you to apply more tension at any point in the movement. They can be adjusted within seconds, meaning you can adjust the strength curve between sets.
Easy and comfortable to use with 50 mm (2'') knurled revolving handles and a heavy-duty forearm pad.
Great also for tricep work and applying tension at the 'hard to reach' locked-out position.
These lever bars really are a must for anyone serious about increasing their arm size.

      Great addition to any arm routine. They take a bit of getting used to due to the balance of them from the weight position on the bar but even with a low weight they make such a difference and help make gains on more conventional curls

      Great product, great company and great customer service (thanks Nick!).

      I’ve always had troubles to feel my biceps on any type of curling exercice. But with these, if you set them up correctly your biceps won’t have anywhere to go.

      You can emphasis the shortening of the biceps and also improve the stretch which help a lot in feeling them work hard.

      As always with Watson products the price is expensive but that’s the price for quality. Love these and don’t regret it.

      These are my opinions after having used this product for a month:

      -Advantages:
      The product is a lot better than it looks on the photos, it’s very simple and highly effective in the eccentric phase of the movement. Great! I haven’t seen anything like this before.

      -Disadvantages:
      The price is expensive and, as far as I know, they don’t have a distribution center in my country ( Spain ).

      -Notes:

    • VAT is charged at point of order.
    • Curbside delivery on a tail-lift truck (unless otherwise stated). Some larger kit may require a forklift; our sales team will advise if this is needed.
    • It will be your responsibility to move the pallet from the curbside into your address. We would recommend having extra people to help move the kit into your premises

    • Small items are shipped by a courier partner.
    • You will be provided a Tracking Number.
