The ‘secret’ to bigger arms!!
The fact is if you’re not applying tension to you biceps and triceps throughout the full range of movement then you’re missing out on arm size.
A regular curl, whether using dumbbells or a barbell, will apply varying load to your biceps throughout the movement – minimal to start with increasing to maximum load about half way then reducing off to minimal load again at the top of the movement.
Changing your body position or using a bench can help to change this but the B.D. Lever Curl Dumbbells are a far more efficient and effective way to change the strength curve quickly and easily.
