No room for a full-size jammer? Jammers offer a great and varied way to train, but they are generally pretty big. Our Jammer Attachment will fit quickly and easily into any of our Power Racks and Animal Cages. Fully height adjustable and multi-position handles mean the Jammer Attachment can be set up for any size athlete performing an endless range of exercises. 15' converging arms give a natural feel and full contraction. Band pegs allow variety in how the resistance is applied. The D grip handles give 3 great comfortable options to use the Jammer attachment. You can even add in our Super Sturdy adjustable bench so that you can use these for the bench press, as seen in the images. This is a great attachment that will allow you to get even more use out of your Power Rack!

My Jammer attachment arrived a few days ago and as with all my Watson equipment the build quality is second to none, absolutely rock solid. I’ve attached it to my Watson rack and it fits perfectly. If your rack isn’t bolted to the floor I do recommend you weight down your rack by loading a bar and racking it low down on the rear of the cage to counter balance the Jammer. I’ve used mine with an upright bench and the isolation you can create to target the pectoral muscles is fantastic, it’s brilliant for explosive shoulder movements, and to target delts both front and rear as well as your lats. Overall a versatile A+ piece of equipment.
