- Curbside delivery on a tail-lift truck (unless otherwise stated). Some larger kit may require a forklift; our sales team will advise if this is needed.
- It will be your responsibility to move the pallet from the curbside into your address. We would recommend having extra people to help move the kit into your premises

- Small items are shipped by a courier partner.
- You will be provided a Tracking Number.
- It is your responsibility to check the delivery for transit damage and sign to receive the delivery in good condition. In the event a parcel delivery is damaged, please do not sign for the delivery, instead ask the courier to return the item to us.
