Build amazing pinch grip strength.
The Watson Pinch Grip Blocks are 300 mm long, so they can be used to train single or both hands at a time.
Choose thicknesses between 5 - 110 mm.
The Watson Pinch Grip Blocks are attached to a Loading Pin (not supplied) and used to build up the amazing hand and grip strength.
Load the pin up and attach it to the Pinch Grip Block with a weight that you are able to hold for about 10 secs. Try 3 sets, then the next workout, add a little more weight.
You will be amazed at how quickly your grip strength increases.

      Great for improving grip strength. I bought the hub along with the 5mm, 25mm, 50mm and 90mm pinch blocks. Build quality is excellent and my hands are getting stronger with every session.

    For machines and large items or bulk orders

    • All shipments will be sent on a tail-lift truck unless otherwise stated.
    • VAT is charged at point of order.
    • Curbside delivery on a tail-lift truck (unless otherwise stated). Some larger kit may require a forklift; our sales team will advise if this is needed.
    • It will be your responsibility to move the pallet from the curbside into your address. We would recommend having extra people to help move the kit into your premises

    For bars, accessories and small items

    • Small items are shipped by a courier partner.
    • You will be provided a Tracking Number.
    • It is your responsibility to check the delivery for transit damage and sign to receive the delivery in good condition. In the event a parcel delivery is damaged, please do not sign for the delivery, instead ask the courier to return the item to us.
