Build amazing pinch grip strength
The Watson Pinch Grip Blocks are 300 mm long so they can be used to train single or both hands at a time.
Choose thicknesses of between 5 – 110 mm.
The Watson Pinch Grip Blocks are attached to a Loading Pin (not supplied) and used to build up amazing hand and grip strength.
Load the pin up and attached to the Pinch Grip Block with a weight that you are able to hold for about 10 secs. Try 3 sets, then next workout add a little more weight.
You will be amazed how quickly your grip strength increases.
