The most effective tool for improving deadlift technique and weight!
In the US, they call this the Vert Pull. It is essentially a platform that facilitates 'Russian box deadlifts' to be performed, but without the hassle of using a bench held down by dumbbells etc.
No more awkward setting up gym equipment to perform box deadlifts.

      • All shipments will be sent on a tail-lift truck unless otherwise stated.
      • VAT is charged at point of order.
      • Curbside delivery on a tail-lift truck (unless otherwise stated). Some larger kit may require a forklift; our sales team will advise if this is needed.
      • It will be your responsibility to move the pallet from the curbside into your address. We would recommend having extra people to help move the kit into your premises

      For bars, accessories and small items

      • Small items are shipped by a courier partner.
      • You will be provided a Tracking Number.
      • It is your responsibility to check the delivery for transit damage and sign to receive the delivery in good condition. In the event a parcel delivery is damaged, please do not sign for the delivery, instead ask the courier to return the item to us.
