- It will be your responsibility to move the pallet from the curbside into your address. We would recommend having extra people to help move the kit into your premises

- You will be provided a Tracking Number.

Day –
Dips are my favourite exercise by far. I’ve used many dip machines but this one beats them all. The distance between the bars is perfect, the bars themselves are quite thick so it’s extremely comfortable to dip with. The machine moves fluidly and allows for a perfect range of motion.
When dipping with this machine, I feel it far more in the target musculature (tortures my pecs and triceps) than I do with conventional parallel dips, and without shoulder issues, too.
