The Watson Single Stack Bicep Curl enables you to focus on squeezing the biceps and keeping tension throughout the exercise, with biomechanically correct form. 40mm rotating handles take the strain from the wrists, for absolute comfort rep after rep. Twin pivot point means the machine adjusts itself precisely to your arm length - all you have to do is set the seat height and go. The adjustable start position makes sure you get the perfect Range of Motion for your body. With a heavyweight stack up to 109kg, for some seriously heavy curls! Super heavy-duty for demanding training environments, but with a compact footprint where space is at a premium.

- It will be your responsibility to move the pallet from the curbside into your address. We would recommend having extra people to help move the kit into your premises

- You will be provided a Tracking Number.
- It is your responsibility to check the delivery for transit damage and sign to receive the delivery in good condition. In the event a parcel delivery is damaged, please do not sign for the delivery, instead ask the courier to return the item to us.
