Our 'best Selling' multi-function bar! The Watson Ultimate Bar is an extremely versatile bar for all types of pressing, rows and tricep work. Also known as the Football Bar, our bar is built to handle a huge amount of weight and takes years of heavy use. This version of our Ultimate Bar has 30 mm handles angled at 20° to reduce strain on wrists; they are spaced at 430 mm, 660 mm and 880 mm giving a huge range of training options. The Watson Ultimate Bar is an incredibly useful bar that you'll want to use constantly. Great for wide, medium, and narrow grip bench press, shoulder press, bent rows, cleans, tricep extensions, curls and endless other exercises. Having undergone a laterjet procedure on my shoulder and wanting to find the best ‘risk versus reward’ ways to train my upper body for rows, presses and other movements i decided the ultimate bar was the best option. And my word has it been BRILLIANT. Since surgery i have packed on heaps of muscle and alll in a very safe and measured way, the angles created put the shoulder girdle in a great position to maximise strength and stability without risking injury.

Once again a fantastic piece of equipment from Watson, I purchased my bar as I was suffering with a bit of a shoulder strain, and the grip position of this bar alters the position of the load which allowed me to train pain free, this bar is so versitile I use it for bench press, overhead presses, bent over rows, the list goes on and on. My only regret is that I should’ve purchased it sooner. First class build quality as you would expect from Watson. Many thanks Owain

I have used this bar for more than 4 months and it is versatile. It is very well designed and built. The rotating sleeves are worth it. The grip angle and spacing is superior to other similar bars that I have used. The finish is durable (as is the entire bar). The center portion of the bar allow better movement for overhead presses and lying tricep extensions as you do not have to move the bar as much to avoid your face. I highly recommend this bar.

I originally bought this thinking it would get occasional use but I now find myself using it pretty much every workout, replacing my regular bars for presses, cleans, rows and LTEs – this is one rather adaptable bar.
As you’d expect the build quality is great, this bar is built to last!

This was the 1st Watson bar i bought when building my own gym at work and truth be told the Ultimate Bar is well named! There is not much you cannot lend this bar to and using 1 bar to achieve a full body workout is both a time and space saver.
Build quality is superb, this gear just feel’s bombproof and i have the added benefit of knowing this equipment will also serve my son when the time comes…family heirloom in the making!
