More Muscle Fibre Recruitment and Less Injuries...
The Handles on our Natural Push-Up Stands rotate, meaning you're not locked into a fixed position. This not only allows you to recruit more muscle fibres but also gives a more natural feel and reduces the chance of shoulder/elbow injuries.
Press Ups are a great movement, and these Stands make them even more Efficient.
The handles revolve on Twin Roller Bearings, making them completely smooth.
The handles themselves are 50mm in diameter, meaning they are really comfortable to use and won't 'cut' into your hands as a more regular diameter bar would.
As with all our equipment, these are built to take anything you can throw at them and will last a lifetime.
Coated in our Grippy Black finish.

      I purchased these puppies about 2 years ago & they are absolutely excellent. Especially if you have wrist, elbow, or shoulder problems.

      Best push-up stands on the market. Solid as you’d expect, very smooth action, and the thicker grip is very comfortable. I have them by my office door so a I come in and out I get 20 press-ups in. Worth the money as I’m sure they’ll last very well.

      These push up handles are great. They are easy to grip( even with small hands like mine). They are also easy on the wrist.
      The roller /- ball is very smooth. Which adds to the ease of doing this. Excecise.. very good for the chest and frontal deltoids.

      I have been using the push up stands for 2 months now. If you are used to push ups on the palms or knuckles you will find using these stands a challenge for a few weeks because of the increased range of motion involved. Once you get used to them the 2 inch diameter handles are comfortable. The rotation also takes the stress off your wrists and elbows as your hands are not locked into a fixed position. I thought that the stands would be heavier but in fairness they are very stable and do not move around during use. I now much prefer using the stands to the knuckle push ups I was doing. The build quality is excellent and I would recommend these push up stands.

    As much as I have enjoyed using the Heavy Hammer by IronMind, I'd long wanted a thick-grip leverage bar that fit Olympic plates. Watson Gym Equipment comes through again with a product with a degree of versatility.

    • All shipments will be sent on a tail-lift truck unless otherwise stated.
    • VAT is charged at point of order.
    • Curbside delivery on a tail-lift truck (unless otherwise stated). Some larger kit may require a forklift; our sales team will advise if this is needed.
    • It will be your responsibility to move the pallet from the curbside into your address. We would recommend having extra people to help move the kit into your premises

    • Small items are shipped by a courier partner.
    • You will be provided a Tracking Number.
    • It is your responsibility to check the delivery for transit damage and sign to receive the delivery in good condition. In the event a parcel delivery is damaged, please do not sign for the delivery, instead ask the courier to return the item to us.
