Looking for a Hack Squat with a light starting load, but plenty of room for adding lots of plates?

We have got you sorted then! The Watson 30 degree hack squat is the perfect plate loaded leg machine.

Hack squats are a fantastic exercise for a massive variety of people with anyone being able to use them from first-time gym goers to the Mr Olympias of the world and everything in between.

Our incredibly popular hydraulic adjustable hack squat gave us the idea to make another fixed position hack. Set at 30 degree this will have a low starting weight making some of the weaker members of the facility not walk away at the thought of squatting a plate or two. Another great application for this machine would be rehabilitation work. Due to the low degree the machine is set at you can slowly increase the weight until you've reach your desired lifting load.

We use incredibly heavy duty and hard waring super smooth bearings on 40mm hardened steel guide bar so the machine runs true for years and years!With some very basic matainence of the guide rods will keep the machine running like new.

This design unlike our basic Hack Squat features an adjustable footplate. This is amazing for suiting a wide range of individuals. Some with knee, back or hip problems where they feel discomfort using certain hack squats. Being able to tweak your position from simply changing the foot position on the adjustable footplate is vital.

Worried about being able to stack the hack and need something harder for you and your members?? Don’t be! We provide a massive amount of room for loading weight plates onto this machine so it caters for the stronger members, but if that’s still a concern then we would recommend getting the full adjustable hack squat which will be able to have the light weight starting weight of the 30 degree with the ability to adjust the carriage up to 70 degree for some serious leg sessions! Trust us the difference from the 2 positions is significant.

    For machines and large items or bulk orders

    • All shipments will be sent on a tail-lift truck unless otherwise stated.
    • VAT is charged at point of order.
    • Curbside delivery on a tail-lift truck (unless otherwise stated). Some larger kit may require a forklift; our sales team will advise if this is needed.
    • It will be your responsibility to move the pallet from the curbside into your address. We would recommend having extra people to help move the kit into your premises

    • Small items are shipped by a courier partner.
    • You will be provided a Tracking Number.
    • It is your responsibility to check the delivery for transit damage and sign to receive the delivery in good condition. In the event a parcel delivery is damaged, please do not sign for the delivery, instead ask the courier to return the item to us.
