This amazing Cambered Bench Press Bar allows the user to get a far greater stretch at the bottom of the movement. The bar is also extremely useful for bent-over rows, allowing the hands to be pulled up past the level of the stomach. Long enough to fit in any Olympic Bench or Power Rack, this is the perfect bar for anyone wanting to improve their bench pressing or back work. Note:Bar comes with fixed ends, non-revolving. The knurling is absolutely amazing! Feels similar to a Leoko competition power bars knurl.

The bar itself is excellent, perfect amount of extra range of motion and has already helped all grips of my competitive bench press after only a few light sessions. The pump in the pec major is better than regular bench press and even DB presses, much like flies but more specific to the strength curve of the bench press. The knurling is excellent and also doubles as a good bar for Bench Rows. My only complaint is that it took 2.5 months to receive and I had been given many promises as to when it would be shipped. The product itself is top notch.

Absolutely GREAT! Perfect also for row excercises leaning at a curved bench.

Love this piece of kit! I had one on lone from another coach and I get so much use out of it that I had to purchase my own. Great for building strength through a greater range of movement in a bench press, but also great for more ROM in chest supported rows, and also been using it for overhead pressing as the angle really helps a shoulder injury I have. I also like this version better than the older one I had on lone (which as also a Watson bar), because the new one has knurling on so it is easier to ensure both hands are equally apart from the centre… good improvement.
