The Multi Pec / Delt machine is an increasingly popular machine which enables users to perform either a standing pec fly, lateral raise, or rear delt fly, in one compact, smooth-feeling machine.
Switch instantly between exercises, without hassle – simply slide the carriage to a comfortable height for flys or raises, and get to work.
The handles converge at the bottom of the movement, providing tension at the bottom of a lateral raise, and a superior squeeze for pec flys.
For effective lateral raises you’ll feel the load throughout the beginning, middle and end of the range, without completely dropping off.
You’ll notice the difference when you grip the perfectly knurled handles. The angle and design of the handles allow for the ultimate feel when using the machine, for every movement.
