My wrists used to always hurt when lifting and sometimes the discomfort would cause me to break a set.
Now the only thing stopping me is adding extra weight and doing more reps. In a few weeks I have added extra weight to my lifts and with no pain or discomfort.
I feel sorry for anyone still using a traditional Olympic bar as you don’t realise how bad it is until you try this!
The bar is also very heavy duty and hard wearing. I think it is of a very high quality and it will really last!
