Simply the best way to train the lower back & glutes...
The Watson Deluxe Reverse Hyper Extension offers an amazing way to target the lower back as well as the hamstring and glute muscles.
This reverse hyper has an offset weight arm that creates constant tension on the working muscles throughout the range of motion of the exercise.
Two weight-loading pins allow you to emphasise the load towards the bottom or top of the movement (or both).
Band pegs allow you to add resistance via bands.
The adjustable roller pad ensures this Deluxe Reverse Hyper Extension will suit all sizes of users, and the twin steps, along with dual handles, allow for easy access and positioning.
The Watson Reverse Hyper Extension Deluxe is available with a split 'comfort' pad (In the pictures shown, the yellow machine has the basic pad, and the Black machine has the split pads)

      does everything the deadlift does not do for the posterior chain
      at terminal hip extension the force vectors of a deadlift offer no significant resistance to the posterior chain whereas at terminal hip extension the resistance is at its maximum on the reverse hyper
      this machine is perfectly angled and built to last forever like all of Watson’s equipment
      the reason for the 4 stars is the counter lever should have a protective guard between its path and the right elbow of the user . . . if you hold the upper handles and flare your elbows the counter lever will hit your elbow unless you are aware of it

      **Note – This machine now has an elbow guard fitted as standard. If anyone with a machine without a guard contacts us we will send out a retro fit guard free of charge.**

    • VAT is charged at point of order.
    • Curbside delivery on a tail-lift truck (unless otherwise stated). Some larger kit may require a forklift; our sales team will advise if this is needed.
    • It will be your responsibility to move the pallet from the curbside into your address. We would recommend having extra people to help move the kit into your premises
