Dumbbell flyes are a great exercise but with one major problem - at the top of the movement, the tension on the chest is reduced as the load is put more onto the triceps. The Watson Plate Load Fly keeps the load on the chest all the way through the movement, including the top, where you really have to 'squeeze' your pecs to keep the handles together. The Watson Plate Load Pec Fly is a great machine to use either after bench pressing to totally hit all your chest muscle fibres or before bench pressing as a great way to 'pre-exhaust' the chest muscles so they become the weak link rather than your triceps. This machine is designed to keep the load on your chest and not your triceps. The thick grip rotating handles featured on this machine not only makes the movement super smooth so you can focus on a proper contraction, but it also takes the stress away from the wrists for ultimate comfort. The adjustable height seat allows you to position perfectly to focus on building a big upper chest. - You will be provided a Tracking Number.
