Well built product, allows you to do dumbbell rows with a full range of motion. As mentioned by a reviewer below, the black powder coating of the handle is grippy and comfortable on the hands.
I use it with regular 5 kg plates and will later get some thin metal plates to load it more heavily. 10 kg plates are awkward for me as they touch the ground on the way down and I need to row with the elbows out to avoid the larger plates rubbing against my hips. With 5 kg plates I can keep the dumbbell closer the body, hitting more lats and less upper back.
The handle weighs around 12 kg in itself.

I’ve been using these bars for over 3months now, and they are awesome. They helped build a set to my specifications (standard plate hole size with long loading area) and I’ve loaded up 14x5kg plates on each bar. Together with the bar (approximately 6.8kg each), I can do suitcase deadlifts of about 154kg in a 1.5m x 1.5m space of my living room. I’m currently using them for suitcase deadlifts and farmer walks, although the handles are abit long for deadlifts ( I solved it with a 5inch thick plywood platform). The bars feel totally solid, and the black rough coating for the handle area are grippy without tearing my hands like traditional dumbbell bars knurling.

I would not hesitate to order other bars from them in future.
