More Muscle Fibre Recruitment and Less Injuries... The Handles on our Natural Push-Up Stands rotate, meaning you're not locked into a fixed position. This not only allows you to recruit more muscle fibres but also gives a more natural feel and reduces the chance of shoulder/elbow injuries. Press Ups are a great movement, and these Stands make them even more Efficient. The handles revolve on Twin Roller Bearings, making them completely smooth. The handles themselves are 50mm in diameter, meaning they are really comfortable to use and won't 'cut' into your hands as a more regular diameter bar would. As with all our equipment, these are built to take anything you can throw at them and will last a lifetime. Coated in our Grippy Black finish.

I have been using the push up stands for 2 months now. If you are used to push ups on the palms or knuckles you will find using these stands a challenge for a few weeks because of the increased range of motion involved. Once you get used to them the 2 inch diameter handles are comfortable. The rotation also takes the stress off your wrists and elbows as your hands are not locked into a fixed position. I thought that the stands would be heavier but in fairness they are very stable and do not move around during use. I now much prefer using the stands to the knuckle push ups I was doing. The build quality is excellent and I would recommend these push up stands.
