The Most Effective Way to Isolate Your Hamstrings... Our Seated Leg Curl is the perfect machine to effectively isolate the hamstrings while minimising the involvement of the glutes. The Side Drive system allows for easy entry/exit of the machine, and the comfortable thigh pad locks you securely in place, so you can focus totally on activating the hamstrings. Complete adjustability allows you to tailor not only for thigh and lower leg length, but also for an effective start position. Twin roller bearings on all pivots points give this machine a butter-smooth feel, no matter much weight you are pushing.
