The Watson Single Stack Glute Machine is one of the smoothest, most comfortable, and effective stack machines you will find to take your glute gains to another level. The machine effectively targets all three parts of the glutes (Maximus, Medius, Minimus) through hip extension and as a result delivers fantastic results. The movement is super comfortable, and you can ensure you find the right setup for you with our hip pad which can be adjusted for height based on your stature. Once you set the height you are able to remain stable and comfortable with our grip handles and cushioned hip pad. The machine is designed to give your standing leg plenty of space so you feel balanced and stable throughout. Our movable foot plate allows for a smooth and comfortable movement as you push away and contract your glutes. By the end of each set you will have no doubt you targeted your glutes effectively. - It will be your responsibility to move the pallet from the curbside into your address. We would recommend having extra people to help move the kit into your premises

- Small items are shipped by a courier partner.
- You will be provided a Tracking Number.
- It is your responsibility to check the delivery for transit damage and sign to receive the delivery in good condition. In the event a parcel delivery is damaged, please do not sign for the delivery, instead ask the courier to return the item to us.
