The rotator cuff plays a vital role in so many upper body exercises, however rotator cuff injuries are also one of the most common gym and sports related injuries and as a result hold back many peoples training. What is often seen in the gym is people trying to hit their rotator cuff by holding a dumbbell at a right angle while externally rotating away from the body; this actually offers no benefit or direct tension where its needed. All the resistance is placed on the bicep instead of the rotator cuff. Our new Single Stack Rotator Cuff offers the perfect solution to allow every user to effectively train their rotator cuff in an isolated and controlled setting. This new machine is a fantastic option for rehab and prehab training, as well as being a great tool for warming up the smaller shoulder muscles for tough upper body workouts. The machine has the option to be easily adjusted with an adjustable dial for both external and internal rotation, allowing to target all the muscle groups within the rotator cuff at the perfect angle. Every size user can find the right set up on this stand out machine.
