An effective way to isolate both the pecs and the rear delts in one smooth, easy to use machine. The Watson Pec Fly / Rear Delt is a dual-use machine that enables you to perfectly isolate either the chest, or the rear head of the delts. With fully adjustable arms and handles, plus comprehensive adjustment of the start position, you can sit facing inward or out to effectively target the pecs or rear delts. A total of eight 30mm roller bearings makes this the smoothest Pec Fly / Rear Delt Machine available. The Watson signature super heavy duty construction, and formidable 109kg weight stack make this machine perfect for years of use and abuse in the most demanding gyms.

OPTIONAL MICRO ADJUSTERS

Each micro adjuster deploys easily and clicks readily back into place when not required.
